When returning products you purchase, there are a few important things to keep in mind. You can return unwanted items by post within 30 business days of receiving them.
Returns within 30 days are refundable. Buyer pays return shipping.
If it is a working day, the order can be cancelled within one day after placing it. Generally, orders can be dispatched within two working days.
If you wish to return an item, it must still be resalable and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging included.
All items are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping, if the item is damaged during shipping, we may charge 30-70% depending on the extent of the damage.
Please ask us questions before purchasing. If the item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. If the goods are defective or damaged, we will compensate you for the defective or damaged products. These products will be sent together with your next order.
